The BR-1 type exterior Basement door is constructed of steel with a primer finish (Standard). Now offered with a 6 factory-applied polyester powder coat finish color choices (Black, White, Green, Gray, Brick, Sandstone). This access door is double-leafed and allows for the addition of extensions. The standard dimension of type BR-1 is 43'' wide x 65'' long. Available extensions are 6'', 12'', 18''. Use on masonry sidewalls.
